Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

The intending bidder/firm/company should have Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work in the last five years satisfactorily (2021-22 to 2025-26): 1.Rollers - Supply and repair-220.00 each, 2.Rubber Seal-274 rmt, 3.Cast iron counterweight blocks-6240 kgs, 4.Rectification and restoration of embedded parts-16.00 Job Work 5.Design, fabrication, supply,erection, testing and commissioning of vertical lift emergency gate-22T 6. Electromagnetic Brakes-18 each using underwater diving team-NOTE: The criteria above applies to the Individual bidder/Firm also. Certificate regarding the same duly signed by an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer should be submitted along with the technical bid.

The intending bidder/firm/company should have Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Replacement, reconditioning or rehabilitation of dam/barrage gates and allied hydro-mechanical components of value not less than Rs. 200.00 Lakhs (usually not less 50% estimated value of contract during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26). Note: The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer (The cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based to bring them to 2026-27 level rupee price value).

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.750.00 Lakhs (usually not less than the two times estimated annual payment under this contract during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26). Note: Audited balance sheet certified by practicing Chartered Accountant shall be furnished. (Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be given for turnover to bring it to 2026-27 price level).

The intending bidder/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.112.00 Lakhs(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from any Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. i(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)
