Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge
M&L Flexural cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per Square centimeter in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.
Removal of existing PVC/lnoleum sheet flooring adhered to concrete floors including rounded edges,preparation of concrete floor surfaces including removal of adhesives,ingress in concrete,paint splashes,curing compounds,oil and grease,etc and rectifying undulations to smooth surface by light mechanical scrubbing,grinding or grit/captive blasting followed by vaccum cleaning to remove dust,removal of moisture content,repair the undulations if any as directed by Eng-in-charge.
M&L 4 mm thick(minimum) Poly urethane anti-static flooring, by mechanical means including scratch coat/priming coat,placing copper tape & PU anti-static topping with finished surface to earth resistivity not less than 1x10 to the power of 6 Ohm (ASTM F 150) compelete all as per manufacturers instructions,as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge with the following details :- Make : BASF/Fosroc/Sika (A) PROPERTIES AND VALUES. (i) Resistance to Earth : < 1x10 to the power of 6 Ohm (ASTM F 150/EN 61340-1) (ii) Density : > 1850 Kg/Cum. (iii)Compressive strength : > 43 Mpa as per BS 6319. (iv) Tensile strength : > 6 Mpa as per BS6319 (v) Flexural strength : > 20 Mpa as per BS 6319 (vi) Adhesive strength to concrete (EN13892-8) : concrete failure (vii) Thermal expansion (ASTM C531 Part 4.05) : 3.6 x 10 to the power of (-5) degree C- 1 (viii) Flame spread classification : Class 2 as per BS 476-7 (ix) Abrasion resistance : > 0.03mm as per IS 9162-1979.
(x) Co-efficient of thermal expansion (ASTM C 531 Part 4.05) : 3.6x 10 to the power (-5) degree C-1. (xi) Anti-static PU cementitious flooring shall be confirming to the requirements of BS 5958, EN081, D1N51953 and EN61340. (xii) Transport and storage conditions to be complied as per manyfacturers instructions. (xiii) Before proceeding with PU primer/scratch coat moisture content of less than 5% will ensured in the concrete floor with minimum of 5 readings per 500 sqm with a Thermo - Hygrometer.All ventilation systems of the building will be temporarily covered by the contractor before preparation of surfaces. (xiv) Scratch coat 1 mm thick will be applied on prepared concrete surface by mechanical means and allowed to cure as per manufacturers instructions fallowed by laying of copper strip of 25 mm width,90 micron thickness (minimum) with one side adhesive will be placed at 5 m c/c in agrid pattern. (xv) Conductive under coat will be applied (as applicable) as per manufacturers instructions. (xvi) Finished with PU anti-static topping by mechanical means and cured as per manufacturers instructions.
M&L Chemical earthing (maintenance free) with not more than 10 Ohm earth resistance with the following specifications and as directed by Eng-in-charge and testing on completion. (i) Copper bonded pipe-in-pipe earth electrode (HSPG-763-250) not less than 76 mm dia,minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns,3m long rated of withstanding 65 ka discharge for 1 second including connection of GI strip by welding. (ii) Earth pit of 300 mm dia,not less than 3.50m deep below grond level,filled with earth enhancing compound with low resistance,non corrossive,insoluble,eco-friendly,seperior conductive material that improves grounding effectiveness,especially in areas of poor conductivity such as rocky ground areas of moisture variation and sandy soils,etc as per manufacturers instructions with minimum 20% (by weight) of the compond confirming to IEEE 80-2013 Pg No.32-" Design in difficult conditions" clause 9.5 & balance confirming to IEEE80-2013 clause 14.5 (Note: various additives and soil treatments used in conjunction with ground rods and interconnecting conductors are more fully described in clause 14.5)
(iii) 500x500x250mm HDPE earth pit cover (IEC 62561-5) with proper concrete support rated for 2000 Kg safe working load,UV stabilized,lockable jam free lid,stackable design,resistant to most substances,including petrol,oil,diesel,bitumen and concrete,etc. Composition of earth enhancing compound (i) IONIC Chemicals : Accelerate ion circulation in the soil. (ii) Dispersion Chemicals : Gradually spread conductive property to surrounding grounds. (iii) Expansion Chemicals : Expand and swell 20 times squeezing all air gaps between soil and electrode,vastly improving dissipation of peak currents.
(iv) Diffusion Chemicals : Create root like silicate structures which spreads out in the soil providing larger surface area for peak current to dissipate quickly. (v) Hygroscopic Chemicals : Absorb moisture from the soil and surrounding grounds and retain the same in jelly form CERTIFICATIONS (vi) Environmental Certificate : As per leaching test standard NF EN 12457-2,Environmental lab-State Pollution Control Board and ROHS. (vii) Electrical resistivity test 0.12 : As per OIEC 62561-7,2012/ASTM G 57 -06 (viii) % Reduction in soil resistivity : Has to be approx-80% (ix) MSDS : According to 91/155/CEE (x) Long term stability certificate : CPRI Bangalore for 8 years.
M&L for GI earthing strip 50x3mm for interconnection of earthing pits with minimu 7m distance between two earth pits buried 600 mm below GL in trench of 600 mm wide and 800mm depth filled with earth enhancing compound with low resistance,non corrossive,insoluble,eco-friendly,seperior conductive material that improves grounding effectiveness,especially in areas of poor conductivity such as rocky ground areas of moisture variation and sandy soils,etc as per manufacturers instructions confirming to IEEE 80-2013 clause 14.5 complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including ranking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.
M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified.
S&F Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment confirming to Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.
M&L Mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape drilled and counter sunk for screw,including bending and welding angles as necessary,gusset plates,riveting,etc n.exc 10 kg each brackets and similar work confirming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.
M&L for preparation of new or previsously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
S&F Copper earth Strip of size 20 X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws,etc for grid of above ground complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.
S&F Copper earth Strip of size 32 X 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws,etc for grid of above ground complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.
