For carting on the basis of truck measurements (volume of truck reduced by 30% for voids).

Cutting/ Dismantling RCC work in pavement, slabs, beams, columns, etc upto a depth of 450 mm by using vibration-less spark-free Diamond Saw Cutter of make HILTI (or equivalent) at all depths & heights, in hazardous areas within process units & offsite which are fire prone due to presence of hydrocarbon vapours etc. taking elaborate precautions for dismantling as per fire permit, clearance etc. and work is to be done with extreme caution. The work item includes cost of all necessary accessories, tools & tackles including diamond saw cutter, disposal of RCC Debris upto lead of 100 m & for all lifts (taking all safety precautions) including cutting reinforcement bars, embedded structural steel members, with necessary scaffolding, propping and underpinning etc. for all elevations with all labour and materials, all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. SAFETY (REFER EIL SPECIFICATION)
Safety Structures - Non FIM Items
Covering of existing openings in buildings with 6 mm thick MS chequered plates by stitch welding (12 mm @ 500 mm centres) to the existing steel framework and in case existing MS framework is not available, by providing necessary anchor fastner (Mechanical) in concrete/ brick wall etc., including cutting, grinding edges, hoisting, fixing in position all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of supply of all materials and consumables.
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system of any height made with 40 mm dia MS tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with MS tubes, MS tube challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform/ staircase etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc., wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., all complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Height shall be measured from Floor/ platform from where scaffolding is erected) including providing Aluminium ladders for safe acess of workers.
Providing of steel scaffold stair tower system with minimum 800 mm wide flights, landings at every 1.5 to 2.0 m height, handrailing around flights and landings for safe access upto a height of 12.0 m, all complete including supply of all materials, tools & tackles, manpower etc., at the location directed by Engineer-in-Charge on monthly rental basis. Rental charges shall be payable after completion of erection of the system and acceptance by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rates shall also be inclusive of dismantling of the system and taking out all materials from the project permises as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate quoted shall be for Running Meter (Height) per month.

CIVIL, STRUCTURE AND ARCHITECTURE
W ATER PROOFING
Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck, using integral crystalline admixture @ 0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer’s specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R- 2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
GENERAL CIVIL
ROADS & FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT (UPTO W BM/W MM LAYER)
Earthwork in filling for all heights and depths for any lead within the complex boundary limit for road embankments, shoulders or any other place as directed to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber with available excavated soil deposited earlier anywhere within the complex boundary limit including consolidating the exposed natural soil to 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VIII, re- excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, including clearing and stripping as per specifications, uprooting of vegetation, roots and disposal of the shrubs, bushes, roots etc., breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power roller to give at least 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VIII including providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation, dressing and leveling, etc. complete (the lead for the above mentioned operations shall be within the boundary limit of plant) including disposal of unserviceable material beyond the plant boundary limit as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Disposal areas to be arranged by the contractor)
CONCRETE PAVEMENTS
Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates in flooring, pavements etc. including leaving pockets, if necessary, making recess/drains, laying in alternate panels, etc. for all depths including shuttering, tamping, curing, etc. as specified in any shape, thickness, position and finishing the top surface smooth etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
For RCC of M-30 grade concrete (all materials including cement but excluding cost of providing & fixing reinforcement and joint sealing shall be supplied by the contractor).
Supplying and laying of 150 micron thick HM HDPE (Grade-I) FILM lining conforming to IS 10889 below concrete pavements, Hard stand, at any other place etc. including royalties, taxes, handling, transportation, unloading, storage, joining etc. all complete as per drawings, manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of all materials and Construction of DRY LEAN CEMENT CONCRETE SUB-BASE (7 days compressive strength of 10.0 MPa) with 26.5mm and down size aggregate including cement , water, and approved additives on a prepared sub-grade, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid, compacted, finished and cured etc. complete as per IRC:SP:49 (Guidelines for the use of Dry Lean Concrete as Sub-Base), drawings, standards, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

VCR based W ater Cooled Chillers shall be used for generation of chilled water and this shall be common for chemical warehouse building( Inside PPU) , Extruder control room and GMS rooms. This chiller facility shall be located on roof of chemical warehouse building along with Chilled W ater Pumps for distribution of chilled water to respective AHUs. Chilled water coil AHUs for each building/ area shall be located in the AHU room of respective building. Description of Air-conditioning system: Chiller specification-: 3 Nos. Skid mounted chemical filter for Extruder control room (safe area)- 1 No. 600 CFM (Min.) Chilled water pump - 1W +1S
Unit rate for Common Centralized Air-Conditioning System (water cooled-Chiller type) for peroxide storage room & peroxide dosing room:
Unit rate per TR of HVAC system in addition to over and above the tender specified value for supply, installation, testing & commissioning of chilled water based complete HVAC system including all associated auxiliaries such as chilled water pumps, AHU, ducting & it's accessories etc. ( 1 lot equals to 1 TR).
