Rate contract for Call Basis Repairing Servicing Shifting of DG Sets mis works in various TE BTS Sites RJIO Sites under Distt Hanumangarh

Visit charges to attend fault of DEA Set on call basis / complaint basis at different TE / BTS sites under jurisidication including attending the minor faults involving no material and submit detailed report for major fault to the Engineering -In-charge i/c fare charges to visit the site from HQ etc complete as reqd.

Note:- The Charges shall be paid proportinately to attend the complaints e.g. 3 Sites for visit up to 30 KM's on a route, 2 Sites for visit more than 30 KM & Up to 60 KM on a route and 1 Site for visit beyond 60 KM from HQ.

General Servicing of following capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges comprising of Cleaning & greasing of the parts, Tappet setting, Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments, Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring, Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal, Checking of fuel pipes i/c Transportation, Labour charges & minor material required for servicing etc. as reqd.

Beyond 30KVA and up to 75KVA DEA sets

Providing of following items i/c removal of existing defective parts / items / material etc. in different capacity DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges i/c testing / commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Lubricating Oil as per manufacturer recommendation

Coolant for radiator

Engine shut off solenoid (12 Volt).

Steel Wire braided fuel pipe along with banjo bolt and washers.

Copper Battery leads of standard length and size along with terminals (Red and Black).

Labour Charges for Top Overhauling/ Major/ Minor Overhaulling of the different capacity and various makes and models DEA Sets as per manufacturer recommendations i/c dismentalling ,and replacement of all the filters like oil filters, air filter, tappet setting,injector setting,replacement of belts ,safties and meters as reqd. cleaning of all carbonised parts,radiator cleaning and replacement of engine oil, coolent,calibration of engine as per manufaturer's reccommendations etc as required. ( Only for Labour Charges without General Servicing Job i/c Transportation, Dismentling and Assembling Charges )

Pdg complete Servicing and Repairing, Rewinding of Battery Charging Alternator/ Dynamo i/c Dismantling of equipment, greasing and oiling of bearings and other parts, repairing of rectifier assembly, replacement of carbon brush, repairing of fuses, cut-off plate etc. complete as required.

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, Dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Pdg General servicing and Repairing of 12 Volts Engine Starting Self I/c Dismantling, greasing and oiling of bearing and other parts, cleaning, replacement of Bandex Gear, Carbon Brush, rewinding etc. complete checking of self and testing and fitting with proper alignment etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 12 Volts Lead Acid Battery of following capacity for E/A sets, i/c initial charging, battery terminals, transportation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Crankshaft Grinding of existing Engines of different Make and Models at BSNL TE/ BTS Sites I/c Dismantling of crankshaft, refitting after grinding on Lathe machine up to suitable accuracy required for Connecting Rod & Main bearing i/c transportation, Dismantling and re-fixing after repairing etc. as reqd.

Up to 30KVA DEA set.

Beyond 30KVA and up to 75KVA DEA sets

Repairing of Fuel Injection Pump (FIP), Nozzle & Injectors i/c dismantling, transportation of Pump, cleaning, repairing, testing and refitting the same on the existing E/A set i/c replacement of faulty components etc. complete as reqd. (Service & testing shall be done at authorized work shop and its report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge).

Transporatation of Alternator for approx. average distance of 150 Km subject to variation in either side from Sub division HQ up to 100 KVA capacity from BTS Site to Workshop at Sub Division Head Quarter Area & back after repairing i/c Dismentling, loading, unloading, transportation, safe Handling & Commssioning after repairing etc. complete as reqd.

Rewinding of Main Stator/Main Rotor winding for Alternator Capacity with proper guage copper wire / Strip i/c Dismentling the faulty wiring , rewinding, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Providing & making rearrangement of existing exhaust pipe and silencer cladding in proper shape and fixing with the help of nut bolt and proper support with the help of pipe or angle iron , repairing , minor civil work etc. as required.

SITC of 4 pole, 63 Amp Rotary type Change over switch suitable for three phase power supply, Auto Change over switch type in the existing panel i/c fixing the same, rearrangement of wires, connection as recommended by EIC etc complete as required.

Replacement 63 amps four pole OFF load change over switch in steel enclosure capable of working 415/500 V i/c drilling hole on the board, making connection, earthing the body etc. as reqd.
