SHIFTING, INSTALLATION OF 200 KVA DG SET AND SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AMF PANEL

Disconnecting all electrical connections like DG power Cables, control cables, Earth pit connections etc. Removal of silencer pipe / exhaust pipe/any other accessories that are required so as to faciliate the shifting.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 in foundation suitable for 200 DG set having minimum 600mm height from ground level. Work includes excavation in soil, preparation of form work, water levelling top surface etc. as directed complete.

Loading the 200 KVA DG set in the existing loaction on the truck and unloading the same in the new location (approx. 250mtr away) with the help of crane including leading, Alignment checking and Fixing of DG Set in Foundation as directed complete.

Testing and Commissioning of DG Set at available load.

Supply and providing the suitable size of B class MS pipe with heavy gauge specials such as bends, flanges etc welded and fixed at appropriate locations providing cork sheet in between the flanges at the joints, bolting the flanges together, painting the pipe, flanges etc with heat resistant paint suitable for outdoor applications fixing the pipe firmly on existing fabricated structure/ mechanical support etc as required.

Providing and fixing mechanical supporting structure fabricated using angle iron sections of suitable size to form a tower of adequate height including excavation in soil for foundation, erecting the tower in the foundation trench, providing PCC/RCC in foundationn etc. as required.

Supply and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in ground by excavating trench and refilling/ through existing GI pipe/ existing open masonry duct/on surface of wall clamps noted along with the cables making good the damages as required. 2R x 3.5C x 120 sq mm (DG to AMF)

Supply and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in ground by excavating trench and refilling/ through existing GI pipe/ existing open masonry duct/on surface of wall clamps noted along with the cables making good the damages as required. 2R x 3.5C x 185 sq mm (MSB to AMF)

Supplying and making end termination with compression gland and aluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 185 sq mm and 120 sq mm

Laying of existing one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following size in ground by excavating trench and refilling/ through existing GI pipe/ existing open masonry duct/on surface of wall clamps noted along with the cables making good the damages as required. including making end termination with compression gland and aluminium lugs. 3.5C x 400 sq mm.(from 200kVA AMF to auditorium)

Supply and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper control cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in ground by excavating trench and refilling/ through existing GI pipe/ existing open masonry duct/on surface of wall clamps noted along with the cables making good the damages as required.

Earthing with G.I/CI. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories as per IS 3043 earthing specification, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying the following size of earth strips in ground by excavating trench and refilling/on surface of wall/ existing cable tray using clamps, spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m, making good the damages etc. as required. 25 x 3 mm copper strip

Supply, drawing and end termination for the bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required 3.15 mm copper conductor ( 10 SWG)

Supply and fitting 250A 4P MCCB in empty chamber of existing MSB including rotary handle, spreader link extension, copper strip etc. as required.

Disconnecting power room SSB feeder cable from MSB and reterminating the same to the 250A MCCB.

Roofing frame work with G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. Roofing with powder coated Aluminium traffod sheets of suitable thickness with GI hook or crank C.I. bolts and nuts including plainwashers and bitumen washers etc. Supply and fixing rain guard pipe horizontal and vertical type on roof/ frame using nuts and bolts by drilling holes as required.

Supply and providing 3.3 kV, Synthetic elastromeric fire retardant insulating sheet under AMF panel.

Testing fee for Energy meter, CT, Neutral CT, Earth fault relay, Scrutiny fee and Inspection fee to be remitted to Electrical Inspectorate. (For DG and AMF panel only. If necessary Auditorium fee should be paid extra)

Preparation of electrical drawing other documents for getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate. (For DG and AMF panel only. Auditorium fee Not included in this scope of work)
