PART A. Supply of Man Power for Routine operation and Maintenance of HVAC and AHU system

Supply of One number of Technical assistant Grade II ( Diploma in AC Refrigeration) with minimum of three years in building maintenance on monthly salary basis including the cost of ESI, EPF , uniform dress , ID card , tools and other safety materials for safety measures

Supply of one numbers of Technical assistant Grade III ( ITI in AC Refrigeration) with 3 year experience, on monthly salary basis including the cost of ESI, EPF , uniform dress , ID card , tools and other safety materials for safety measures

Supply of One numbers of Mechanic class I with an experience of 3 years in AC mechanic , on monthly salary basis including the cost of ESI, EPF , uniform dress , ID card , tools and other safety materials for safety measures

Supply of ONE numbers of Cleaner class II with three year experience in AC regulating and repairing system on monthly salary basis including the cost of ESI, EPF , uniform dress , ID card , tools and other safety materials for safety measures

Supply of uniform and other tool and safety measures

Part B : Break down Rectification and Replacement including cost of material and spares

Break down Rectification and Replacement including cost of material and spares towards HVAC motars and AHU motors coiling (Total)-12 months

Supply installation testing commissioning of new Condensor fan motors(2.2kW) of Hindustan make

Removing of existing fan motor(2.2kW) of Hindustan make and rewinding, refixing of the same, etc

Rewinding of 40 HP Pump Motor(Secondary motor) and overhauling including transporation ,etc

Rewinding of 30HP(Primary motor) Pump Motor and overhauling including transporation ,etc

Rewinding of AHU motors 7.5kW including installation and labour charges,etc

Supply of start delta starter for 40 HP motor

Supply of start delta starter for 30 HP motor

Break down Rectification and Replacement including cost of material and spares towards Replacement of of fan blades ( total available fan is 36) and 150 TR compressor repairs (Total)-12 months

Supply installation testing commissioning of Condensor fan blade

Charges for 150TR Screw Compressor re winding and bearing replacement

Removal of compressor and shiting, unloading, transportation and re fixing, etc

Break down Rectification and Replacement including cost of material and spares towards oil sensor , thermostats , temperature sensor , gas breaker, mother board repair and other maintenances (Total)-12 months

Supply and fixing of Oil Sensor

Supply installation testing commissioning of New MCS / PCB Board including programming

Supplying and fixing of new Display with Key pad for MCS board

Supplying and repairing of existing Mother Board/MCS board with programming

Supplying and repairing of Mother Board/MCS board without programming

Supplying and new Slave Board(SI board)

Repairing of Slave board including all charges

Supply installation testing commissioning Motor protector relay
