S&F ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, and accessories, 230V, 900mm sweep min air delivery 210 cfm with suitable service value, five star rated connecting up including provn of three core flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to ceiling fan all as directed.

S&F 20W (1X4') LED Stout plus surface & wall mounted LED fitting, environment friendly energy efficient with electronic driver complete with all fixing arrangement all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10W (1X2')LED basic all purpose surface and wall mounting LED baten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver Light fittings with all attachment & fixing arrangement all as specified and as directed.

S&F bed side reading lamp LED 3 watts, with control switch adjustable lamp 230 volts duly fixed on wall al as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L Cutting the existing 150 mm CI pipe and inserting the TEE (150X150X100 mm) and necessary threading, union etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix Sluice Valve Class PN 1.0 of 100 mm bore with stainless steel spindle bronze gate & seating rings both sides flanged & drilled type ISI Marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts etc, complete all as specified and as directed. complete.

Supply and fix Sluice Valve Class PN 1.0 of 80 mm bore with stainless steel spindle bronze gate & seating rings both sides flanged & drilled type ISI Marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 600x600x600 mm with necessary PCC for foundation,brick wall including MS sheet cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Valve Stop, screwed both ends for iron pipes of size 50 (2") mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S&F cable route indicator made of 15 x 15 x 6mm thick MS plate welded with 10mm x 30cm long MS rod grouted in PCC block of size 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.3 m and writing LT cable complete all as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars 200 Amps. Supply and fix 6 Sqmm aluminium conductor weather proof flat twin core cable with PVC conduit of size 25mm from junction box to security light all as per specification .

Supply and fixing SMC terminal box of size 230 x 170 x 105 mm(internal diamensions) made of impact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials including MCB SP 6A with DIN bar and 4 way terminal block, and fixing the box to street light pole made of 25x 3mm flat iron with clamps, nuts and bolts all as specified.

WATER COOLER

Supply, installation, commis-sioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase , 230 volt, 50 hz having approx storage capacity 80 ltrs and and nominal cooling capacity 40 Ltr/Hr incl provision of suitable fixing arrangements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
