6" dia Pipe 8 Nos. collecting from colliery Store to near R/Store (01 head x01 Shift) (SK-1x816+S/SK-9x695) 7071/-

Flange fitting and Welding on both side of 8 Nos. Pipe 16 Nos. Flange (08 head x02 Shift) (H/SK-1x897+SK-1x816+S/SK-6x695) = 5883/-

Trench / Earth cutting 2'x2'x18' for Pipe removing (06 head x08 Shift) (SK-1x816+S/SK-5x695) 4291/-

Dismantling and removing Damaged 6" pipe from trench 8 Nos. (10 head x02Shift) (H/SK-1x897+SK-1x816+S/SK-8x695) = 7273/-

Near 6" Pipe 8 Nos. Carrying, Laying and Jointing in 3 Place and Maching with pipe range (10 head x02 Shift) (H/SK-1x897+SK-1x816+S/SK-8x695) = 7273/-

Leak repairing by damaged Pontoon Welding and alaso Gaskit changing (08 head x04 Shift) (H/SK-1x897+SK-1x816+S/SK-6x695) = 5883/-

Covering Pipe in trench by soil filling (06 head x03 Shift) (SK-1x816+S/SK-5x695)= 4291/-

(B). Description of Job:- (i). Dismantling all materials cutting for base plate frame 4000 GPM Pump:- Skilled man power 01 head x 03 shift

(ii). Fabrication of New base plate Frame for 4000 GPM Pump :- Skilled man power 01 head x 05 shift

Semi skilled Manpower 03 head x 05 shift

(iii). Making 10'' dia tapper band 01 No. both ( with both side heavy Welding ) & Flange Welding . Skilled - 01 No. x @ Rs. 893/- = 893/-

Semi Skilled - 02 Nosd. X @ Rs. 760 /- = 1520/-

Cost of Making 10'' dia tapper band , short pieces pipe , Foot Valve , Nipple , T, Reducer etc. Both side flange Welding Rs. 2413/- each x 20 Nos.
