Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required Shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Ltr./10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Lettering with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer using structural steel etc. as required. - In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
