2 ANNUAL TURNOVER CRITERIA

3 Additional Technical Requirement (PQC) The party should not be incurring losses for the last three consecutive years (P&L statement) specified in the NIT. Parties not submitting turnover statements for all 3 preceding years shall be evaluated on the basis of P&L statement submitted. i.e., If a party submits P&L statement only for a year or two indicating losses even after according an opportunity, then such party shall be considered as incurring losses for all 3 years. In case of new parties in the business for less than 3 years, the condition shall not apply.
