M.S Tor steel in reinforcement including supply of all material labour T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Disposal of excavated earth /Malva/lime slakar with in 1 Km distance as directed by E/I

50 mm Thick CC floor 1:2:4 cement Coarse Sand, Stone single/grit including supply of all material labour T&P etc.

Dismantiling old and Wornout Plaster

Repairs to plaster of Thickness 12 mm To 20mm on Patches area including supply of all material labour T&P etc. Required for Proper Competition of the Work

M.S Work in heavy Size Fabrication and erection such as purline and gutter labour T&P etc.but excluding cost of S.Steel provided by the factory.

C.C Work in 1:2:4 Cement coarse sand and 2 cm stone single including supply of material labour T&P etc up to 6 Mtr height

Snowcem work of approved quality two coat as per PWD specification including all material labour T&P etc.

Oil bond Distemper two coat including supply of all material labour T&P etc.

Painting or varnishing in Iron work or wood work two coat including supply of material labour T&P etc.

Providing pocket holes in foundation as per Drawing including cost of material

Dismantling of old floor. Up to 50mm

Dismantling of GCI/A.C. sheets including labour T & P required for proper completion of work upto 15 Mtr height.

Demolishing cement mortar brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 Mtrs lead as per direction of E/I

First class brick work 1:6 in super structure above plinth level up to floor v level in all shapes and sizes in cement motar 1:6 cement and coarse sand including supply of all materral labour T & P etc. (Except cost of bricks) required for proper completion of the work.

S/F A.C Sheets 6 mm thick grey corrugated asbestas sheet (Charminar Make). including supply of all material labour,hook,bolt,Nut washer T & P etc. reuqired for the proper completion of the work and includion wastage.

Scraping oil boild distemper snowcem and lime or colour wash surface including material labour T & P etc.

S/F of G.C.I. roof and side cleading 22 BWG inposition. Including supply of all material 10 mm Dia J/L hook, U Bolt, Bitumin and Lumpirwasher of approved quality.
