Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding, flooring above ground floors) including roof treatment and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 with using integral water proofing compound on stone masonry surfaces. Note: Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average) cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing tanks, any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of roofs and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position (Repairs to roofs measured separately).

Dismantling existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Refixing old steel tubing, 15mm bore, and connections with new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) Note :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 14 above shall be used under this item.

Refixing old steel tubing, 20mm bore, and connections with new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) Note :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 15 above shall be used under this item.

Supply and laying 15mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowakats with shutter(without taking of shutter from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n. exc. 4 Sqm Each And removing to or from store

M&L cement concrete type C0 1:3:6(12.5 mm graded aggregate) filled pressed steel door frame and lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing

S&F Pressed steel frames size of 105x60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete as specified, supplied and fixed

S&F 35 mm thick factory made, second class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F 300mm aluminium alloy anodized sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolt of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed.

S&F 100 mm size MS butt hinges medium weight cold rolled

S&F 150 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodized.

S&F 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section.

S&F 150 mm long Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces of any description and girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces of any description and girth including preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4

All as per item No. 29 above but except stone. Note:- Old stones obtained from item No.28 shall be reused under this item.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge n.exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 with using integral water proofing compound on stone masonry surfaces. Note: Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces, complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) with 2 layer of wall care putty over one coat of primer, white or tinted including removing existing nails, if any, any Nos and filling the disturbed surface/holes making smooth surface as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) with 2 layer of wall care putty over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowakats with shutter(without taking of shutter from frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm each. And removing to or from store

S&F Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.) hinge type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) complete all as specified

S&F 5.5mm plain Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with including rubber beading fixing in aluminium frame section in square n. exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples

S&F aluminium anodized grill of 5mm dia and 75 mm mesh size including aluminium all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F 100 mm size Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
