Notes applicable to all items of BOQ :- (i) The contractor shall check the fittings / fixtures and wiring as per the complaint given by the Engineer-in-Charge / concerned JE. Spares being replaced shall be intimated by JE and the replaced spares shall be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ and no extra payment will be done for the same. (ii) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that day to day complaints slips are collected every morning before distributing labours from JE from MES service centre and attend & complete the complaints the same day irrespective of any number of complaints and return back the complaint slip duly signed by the User to JE the same evening as a token of complaint rectified as such contractor to make all arrangements including supply of materials required for attending complaints without any delay, the quoted rate against various items shall deemed to be inclusive of above aspects.

Taking down existing light fitting of any description & fixed in any position and S&F new 20 Watt wall mounted 4 ft glaze LED batten CCT(K) 6500, high quality design, aluminium extruded with decorative end caps fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down existing light fitting of any description & fixed in any position and S&F new 10 Watt wall mounted 2 ft glaze LED batten, CCT 6500K, high quality design, aluminium extruded with decorative end caps fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Jaquar Cat No. LGLZ01X010XC or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Taking down existing street/ security light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new 45 Watt LED street/ security light fittings in aluminium pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover (IP 66 protection), having CCT 5700K and Sytem lumen efficacy >120 Lm / W, fixed on walls or steel/concrete pole at any height including making connection from ceiling rose/ Junction Box to light fitting with and including three core 1.5 Sqmm cable multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, 1100 V grade of required length fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
