Valid Labour License issued by Department of Labour (Form-VI)

Valid License issued by Food & Safety Standards Authority of India under FSSAI Act 2006(Form-C).

Valid ESI Registration Certificate issued by the Department of ESI.

Valid EPF Registration certificate issued by the Department of EPF.

Valid Goods and Service Tax registration certificate. (GST)

GST returns (3B) filed details for the year 2025-26.

Valid Professional Tax Enrollment Certificate (Form-4) of year 2025-26.

Scanned Copy of the PAN card.

Experience certificates for the preceding five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) in Sec-XII and proforma-A. Please refer to ITT Clause 22 (22.1)

Income Tax Returns for last three financial years(2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)

Audited Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss A/c audited by Registered Auditors or Chartered Accountants for last threefinancial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25).

The annual turnover certificates for the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) duly certified by the Chartered Accountant (CA).

A self-declaration of not being black-listed on a Rs.100/- e-stamp certificate as per Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957 and subsequent amendments. The said Declaration shall be duly attested by a notary after the date of notification of this Tender

Cooking and Catering agency should have satisfactorily completed 85% of the amount put to tender in cooking and catering services (Preceding 03 years put together) to various State/Central Government DepartmentsGovernment Institutions,Government organizations in preceding three years (2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26) and certificates to be enclosed/uploaded in proforma A of Section XII.(Work done certificate)

Bidders must provide Experience/Service certificates for the last five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26), along with self-declaration on their official letter head regarding quality of their service and enclose it along with the bid documents. The bidders who have received less than satisfactory or needs improvement remarks in their performance/ their service certificates from any Government institution, Universities, Hostel, Training Centers, Government Enterprise, or PSU.
