Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, Fe-500/550D, 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, Fe-500/550D, 6 to 8 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of debries to distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plastering over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified in Clause14.22 of MES Schedule Part-I and as directed. Note: 1. Rough cast finish shall be provided as under:- After applying under coat of CM 1:3 and while it is still in plactic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine aggregate (which is generally of size between 4 to 8 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. 2. Contractor's quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:3, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick coloured cement concrete paver tiles (endura tiles) of size 300mmx 300mm , over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) as in floor base and jointed & pointed with coloured cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick coloured cement concrete paver tiles (endura tiles) of size 300mmx 300mm , over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) base as in skirting and jointed & pointed with coloured cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof treatment over roofs comprising of following works:- (i) Taking down of all brick tiles with tar felt and mud phuska in any thickness and removal from site and cleaning the surface with water. (ii) Applying a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ Sqm of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps. (iii) Laying 3mm thick APP(atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated, five layer, weight not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm, water proofing membrane, black finish, reinforced with non woven polyster matt over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface. (iv) One coat of bonding material i.e blown type bitumen of grade 85/25, confirming to IS 73, heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre. (v) 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement as in levelling course etc., including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc. and brushing the surface with neat cement slurry @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre Notes:-(i) Joint strength in logitudinal and transverse direction at 23'Cat 650/450 N/5 cms (ii) Tear strength in logitudinal and transverse 150'C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only.(iv) The contractor will carry out ponding test after application of APP treatment before claiming payment.

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed,in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed (1:4), set, jointed and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and no pigments, cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa pattern, size 580mmx440mm, white (Ist quality) with ‘P’ or ’S’ trap of PVC, with front or back inlet and integral foot rests of any pattern including provision of lime concrete bedding for fixing and making good to existing floor surface to match with the existing surface and connection to flush pipe, trap, anti syphonage pipe, etc including taking down and removal of existing unserviceable squatting pan of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of 10 litre capacity, virgin polypropylene cistern, ISI marked, coloured, low level, valveless syohonic action type, 45cm PVC connection with PVC bend/flush pipe complete and making all connections including taking down existing high or low level unserviceable flushing cistern and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, vitreous china wash hand basin, white colour, flat back, of size 550x440mm, ISI marked, with 2 Nos.CI brackets embedded in cement mortar 1:4, PVC waste pipe, 45cms long, fixed to walls, 15mm dia PVC connections and chromium plated waste coupling, etc.,including taking down/removal of existing unserviceable wash hand basin of any description and size and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 15mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required , including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 20mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required , including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing , cutting, drilling & welding, conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of towel rail of 20mm dia, D type 60cm long between flanges including bracket 150mm, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of decorative, surface mounted, LED mirror light, wall mounting light fitting, high efficient PMMA diffuser, aluminium housing in CRCA body suitable for and including 10 watt LED tube, high efficient, AC 220-240 volts,50 Hz, and compact and energy efficient, epoxy powder coated, CRCA sheet, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable of size 0.50 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of the light fitting including disconnecting and taking down of existing old unserviceable light fitting of any description and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, 10 watt LED bulk head light fitting with10 watt LED lamp and holder complying IP66 ingress protection and inpact resistance of IK09 long life, 50000 burning hours, including connecting up using three core, twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of light and disconnecting and taking down of existing light fitting and removal complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED security light luminaire 45 watt, 230 volts, 50 Hz, made up of die cast aluminum housing with black epoxy powder coating with cover heat resistant glass, safety input voltage range 170 to 270 Volts, IP66 protection, including service brackets of GI pipe 25mm bore, light grade, of length 0.90 metre, bent to required shape, fixed with MS clamps of size 40 x 6mm flat iron strip, 150mm long and 4 Nos.8mm dia stainless steel bolts and nuts and washers and suitable reducer for connecting to GI pipe as required at site and making all required electrical connections using 3 core copper flexible cable from terminal box to ceiling rose including disconnecting and taking down of old fitting with bracket as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN, 40 to 63 Amps, 240 volt, 10 KA, 'C' curve, ISI marked, connected with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volt, 10 KA, 'C' curve, ISI marked, connected with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, insatallation, commissioning and testing of distibution board for MCBs, SPN, 12 way, acrylic double door, IP 43, as per IS 8623, 240 volts, with and including 200 amps fully insulated copper bus bar fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall with and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection including taking down and removal of old unserviceable DB with MCB of any capacity, size and type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosures vertical load line TPN distribution board, 6 ways, double door powder coated alongwith 200 Amp rated busbar with and including MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp, 16kA, adjustable type as incomer with suitable size of MS cabinet fabricated by 2mm thick MS sheet and making all type of connections using proper size of gland for incomer cable complete loadline TPN concealed on wall surface & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing and dismantling and taking down the existing DB's of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core, 6 sqmm, FRLS-H, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, with multistranded, PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, not less than 25 mm dia, ISI marked for housing cables, concealed in wall or ceiling including necessary cutting, chasing with machine and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing, with accessories with and including one additional 6 sqmm, PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS-H, green colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Three runs of cable and one run of concealed conduct shall be measured as one unit.

Supplying and fixing of 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable, PVC insulated, aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, 16 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/dismantling old unserviceable earthing and material and labour for new earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm GI wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire and thimbles protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in pit, RCC cover slab 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm dia TMT bars @10cm c/c both way with one 8mm dia bar as handle for lifting, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire wesh, charcoal or coke & salt in alternate layers, etc.all as indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The new earthing shall be provided adjecent to old earthing site on the locations as directed by engineer in charge.
