Conservation project on significant centrally protected Ancient monument and Ancient site and Up gradation procurement of Heritage Assets of the two mounds called the barkona deul mounds at Panchthupi , Murshidabad for the financial year 2025-2026

Execution of work under following items

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work by mechinical / manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and for all lift : All kinds of soil

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in lime and surki mortar (1:2) (1 lime putty/paste: 2 surki) lime to be slaked at site and the mortar to be prepared with lime putty and first class surki.

20 mm thick plaster (for wall) surface with lime sand mortar mix 1:2 (1Lime: 2 Fine sand) prepared in tradational method with fermented ingriedents after cleaning the surface., smooth rendering, neatly finished, including curing, cleaning, scaffolding, cost of materials, labours etc. complete as per the specifications after raking out joints of brick structure as and when required including rounding off chamfering for internal walls surface, all complete, as per the direction .

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.Two Coats.

Applying water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved make and brand on walls including sand papering in intermediate coats (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats)Standard Quality.

Supply of Steel work with MS grill & Gate welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Fitting and fixing the grills over the boundary wall with concrete and mending all damages.

Painting steel work Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Renewing coping of compound wall with brick work and 15 mm. thick lime plaster (1:4) complete.250 mm. wide coping (lime 5.0Kg/Mtr.)
