Material and labour for laying, jointing and testing HT underground electric power cable 3 core 95 sqmm size, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (conforming to IS-7098 Part-I), ISI Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded, heavy duty,11000 Volts grade ( earthed ), in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc complete . all as directed: Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc and HT cable end joints/ straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. (c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 50-95 Sqmm

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 32x6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wathers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C1, RCC pit cover , charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance less than 05 Ohm is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI strip 32x6 mm dia earth lead and 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering upto 7.5 mtr is included in the rate quoted for this item.

All as per above item No.25 but in GI wire 4.0 mm Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance less than 05 Ohm is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4.0 mm dia earth lead and 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering upto 7.5 mtr is included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply & fix Expulsion type lightning arrestor having rated voltage 11 KV and discharge current 65 KA suitable for 11000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (Tharmoplastic) street light junction box 250X200X100mm, heavy duty with locking arrangement, single phase and neutral two Nos copper busbar and one No. MCB Single Pole 240 Volts 6 Amps complete.

Supply and fixing Pole mounted Junction Box as per sintex 250X200X100mm for fixing cable with provision of four Nos copper busbar with MCB SP 6 Amp.

M/L for route indicators made of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates) in rectangular blocks in sizes 60X20X20 cm burried in ground directly up to the depth of 45 cm and written the description details of U/G cable in red paint on top of the PCC block over yellow enamel paint complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for under ground pneumatic horizontal drilling of holes (HDD) under road, pavement, hard standing as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horizontal direction drilling machine . The contractor shall be conduct under ground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line , sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hole must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hole also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The depth of the starting bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool to the desire exit point and allow it to perform it function creating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either dig up the tool to retrieve it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating HDPE Pipes PN 6 size 110mm (4") laid in trenches for the protection of HT UG Cable all as specified and directed

M&L for Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, foundation of pole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
