Taking down existing roof treatment of any type including cement plaster, brick tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course over roof slab and the like after roughening of existing roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on RCC roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed including sealing the cracks if any with crack sealer.

M&L for applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane as in roof treatment @ 1 Litre per 10 Sq.ft inclusive of all three coats as per following application process: - (a) Prepare the surface by cleaning with high pressure water jet / wire brushes to ensure that it is free of dust, oil, grease, grime and loose particles. (b) Damaged portion if any to be repaired before application of roof treatment as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying self priming coat of liquid applied water proofing membrane duly diluted with water in 3:1 ratio by volume. Allow the primed surface to dry for at least 4-6 hours prior to application of subsequent coat. (d) Applying 2 perpendicular coats of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane without any dilution to achieve a forced system coverage. Allow it to dry for at least 4-6 hours between two coats. NOTE: (i) Work shall be got carried out by the authorized applicators of the manufacturer in close supervision of executive staff up to Engineer-in-charge level. (ii) The contractor shall bring requisite quantity of water proofing material and submit Tax invoices before commencement of work of each block/ building

M&L for cutting out crack in V section in existing roof, chajjas or similar work up to 40mm deep and cleaning the same with water jet to get rid of any loose material and wetting, grouting with cement & sand mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid WPC all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity n.exc 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for carrying out WPT to roof and hoisting if required and reconnecting and re-fixing in position after completion of WPT work all as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layered of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete including necessary GI tank nipples, taking down existing unserviceable tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI tubes 15mm bore dia medium grade galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing 20mm bore dia and connecting in new or old location including cleaning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball valves 20mm bore dia, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed [Minimum weight: 210gms] all as specified.

All as per Item No. 18 herein before but in repairs

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel heads Class-II, screwed both ends for iron pipe all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/ brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement based paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), Quality-A all as specified.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fast and making good dismantled portion with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:3:6 type C1 exc. half brick wall but n.exc. one brick wall complete all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel/ iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring/ hard standing finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 58,390.00
