Scarpping of old painted surfaces of central type AC plant of any capacity,M&L for spray painting with approved colour after preparing all equipments for smooth surfaces of compressor,condensor,monoblock pumps,compressor motors,motor starter,LT panel boards,water supply pipe lines,cooling tower,supply and discharge lines,liquid lines,AHUs etc including all connected accessories and marking of refrigerant system,water supply system etc with approved colour and marking of SM/MES nos with black enamelled paint of approved size and marking of incomng/outgoing electrical connection on LT panel board,operator room,glow sign boards of AC plant with approved colour on blue back ground all as directed at site by EIC.

Repairing /Replaccing the AC Plant panel boards of different capacities/location with lugs/thimbles/wires/winding/painting/braging/cement work/MCCB cover and by supply and replacing the following parts item no. 7.68 to 7.71 complete all as specified and as directed.

Ammeter 0-50 Amp, CT type size 96 sq mm square.

Voltmeter 0 - 500 Volt, size 96 sq mm.

Indicator lamps 230 Volt.

Earthing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I, as specified & as directed including the following :- (i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and comoan slft in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer). (iii) 32x6mm G.I strip from earth plate to feeder pillar including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc.

Dismanting and taking out burnt electric motor of any make, type, RPM, 15 HP capacity 3 phase 415 volts, thoroughly cleaning and rewinding to stator with super enemeled copper wire of appropriate gauge including allied insulating material and varnishing of stator replacement of front and rear bearings (asper sample) of the electric motor, re-fixing in position including electric connection and testing complete on load, complete all as specified and directed.Make: Kirloskar/CG/Havells
