Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 meter but not exceedig 3.0 metre, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including ,spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified

Material and labour for sub class B brick, 230mmx115mmx75mm size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1.:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bottom of pit in bed concrete of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PCC 1.:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and stay etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PCC 1.:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for poles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Structural steel work in replacement of existing unserviceable Cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts,bolts ,washers,welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive one coat of primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing SMC cable junction box of size 140mmx140mmx95mm suitable for street light/PTL, square type , weather proof , IP-54 including fixing of 10Amp MCB SP and clamps , nuts , bolts , washers suitable for fixing to pole/GI pipes including suitable arrangement for cable entry and exit with 2 run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS flexible cable laying through PVC conduit from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L in replacement of old and weathered ACSR alluminium conductor of size 6/2.11 or 6/2.59 squirrel/weasel and with aluminium binding wire on poles etc traightening / tightening with mechanical devices complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 75mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator bolt,washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia to earth wire on HT/LT poles for fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards out of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe , trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 25 sqmm 3.5 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joints ( heat shrinkable) of along Pole etc suitable for aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of size 50-95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joints ( heat shrinkable) of along Pole etc suitable for aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of size 150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 09/11 mtr long including cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with black and yellow paint alternatively on external surface above PCC copping including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping complete.

Cutting /Trimming tree branches along the over head HT/LT lines up to 2.0 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing of the cut tree /branches at places as dirested by Engr-in-charge.

Numbering of poles with synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The numbering shall be hand written only stencils embossing shall not be allowed ,and size of letter shall be 50x10 mm (height x width ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of HT/LT cable route indicator reading "MES LT UG 1100 V cable" and route of cable with arrow, made out of CI in square shape of size 200mm x 200mm x 10mm with 150mm leg, fixed in PCC pre-cast block of 250mm x 250mm x 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for removal of existing broken PCC pole in the enrooted the existing LT/HT line where span is more than 50 mtr after taking proper shutdown to avoid any accident. Broken pole shall be buried in situ after making necessary trench not exceeding 30 cm in depth and width at without any cost complete all as specified .

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Loop type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Wood/ PCC pole with new Steel tublur pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9 mtr long ) Note: Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately .
