Schedule maintenance/servicing/repair to 2 Nos. 5HP/0.6 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Mud Pump sets (no 18 & 19) by way of decoupling pumps from engines, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc of each engine. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals of each engine. Servicing by way of cleaning of ring sets, head gaskets, inlet and exhaust valves & guides of each engine. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly of each engine. Job also includes complete servicing and calibration of fuel pumps by dismantling and then cleaning of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc of each engine. Calibrating the fuel pumps on calibration bench. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts to each engine. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 3.5 ltr M-Oil for each engine. Idle testing the engines. Job further includes servicing to 02 nos 0.6 Cusec Pump units (18 & 19) by way of complete dismantling of pumps by extracting the shafts, bearings, and impeller. Cleaning and greasing of all parts. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearings properly. Refitting the serviced pumps and coupling with respective engine. The job further involves providing and fitting of canvas flexible delivery pipe 30 mtr long of 4 inch dia to both the pumps, 3inch dia foot valves, nipples to each pumping set. The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 20 feet long of 3inch dia to each pumps. Complete Job includes cost of material, fuel charges for testing, rebate on old parts, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes

The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 25 feet long of 3inch dia and canvas flexible delivery pipe dia 4 inch- 30 mtr. In length to each pumping unit no 3&6. P/F of 4inch dia., 3inch dia foot valves, nipples to pumping unit no.3&6. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour, rebate on old parts, fuel charges for testing & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.

Job further includes servicing to 02 nos 1.0 Cusec Pump unit of 8HP Diesel driven dewatering Pumps (pump no 14 &.17) by way of decoupling it from the engines and then complete dismantling of pumps by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller of each pump. P/F of gland packet-1set, cotter-1nos to each pump sets. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gaskets, nuts bolts, gland packings & greasing the bearings properly. Refitting the repaired pumps and coupling it with engines. The job further involves providing and fitting of canvas flexible delivery pipe 30 mtr long of 5 inch dia to one no pump set. P/F of 3inch dia foot valves, nipples to both pumping sets. The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 20 feet long of 4 inch dia to each pump. Complete Job includes cost of material, rebate on old parts, carriage, fuel charges for testing &labour. Inclusive of all taxes

Reassembling the pump bracket P/F of new gasket, nuts and bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. The job further involves providing and fitting of 4 inch dia foot valves, nipples - 2nos to pump . Complete Job includes cost of material, labour, rebate on old parts, fuel charges for testing & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.
