Supplying, design, loading, unloading, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type floor mounted step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load) capacity 100 KVA, AC 3 phase 50 HZ double copper wound oil immerged naturally cooled with external cooling tube core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 (Vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at 2.5% interval from -7.5% to + 7.5% on HV side having facility to be changed voltage by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding from ambient temp when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree celcius. The transformer shall be confirm IS : 1180 Part I 2014 Level I and latest relevant IS and ECBC marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) One cable box on HV side (primary side) with 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing copper rods, nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two nos cables glands, suitable for incoming/outgoing of 3 1/2 core 120 Sqmm LT 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated & PVC Sheathed armoured heavy duty cable including glands, joint and jointing materials complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level indicator gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather (TRANSPARENT TYPE) with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket with temperature indicator on tank cover. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (i) Oil drain filter valve. (j) Lifting lugs. (k) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (l) Air release valve. (m) Four plain solid cost steel detachable rollers. (n) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (p) Brick work foundation suitable for 100 KVA Step down transformer, having 100 mm PCC on top type C1 (1:3:6) at top and PCC B2 (1:4:8) at bottom complete all as directed at site. Note: - (i) Certificate of dielectric strength will be provided by contractor after initial filling of oil.

Supply, installation commissioning and testing of servo motor controlled voltage stabilizer for automatic operation on unbalanced load, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type (IP-55, CPRI approval required) Copper wound including first filling of oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV with MCCB and bypass system & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 75 KVA including suitable size of PCC 1:2:4 platfrom as per recommendation of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Voltage stablizer will be placed on PCC Plinth at height not less than 45 Cm from the ground level.

S&F 4 mm dia GI wire chain link fencing and size of mess 100 x 100 mm fixed to any type of post with straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
