M & L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles of size 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) size of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but n.exc. 0.38 Sqm as in floors surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 12 to 16mm thick machine cut pre-polished Udaipur green stone slab flooring on cooking platform/window cill,risers,treads laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 and jointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, bull nose edging/moulding complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for coloured rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles of size 250mmx250mmx20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

S & F kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in pathces of floors / risers / treads / skirting / dado etc including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 cement & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive mirror finish match to existing surface.(size not less than 550x550mm)
