Phase-I : Consultancy Services for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for provn of area drainage of Military Station Dhrangadhra.
Consultancy Services for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for provn of area drainage of Military Station Dhrangadhra in a comprehensive manner incl digital survey of the total area with Total Station or other approved latest Surveying Equipment's/Instruments together with marking of existing structures and utility services like Roads , area drains, Water Supply/Electric Supply lines on the Map. Estimation and determination of storm water discharge, suggesting network of drains, details of design flow peak flow and recommend size of drain , location waise and submission of drgs and allied works like culverts , recharge pits etc complete for the following and submission of the estimates etc keeping in view of the finding and recommendations of the BOO held for the above work. A copy of the BPS and allied documents shall be supplied to the contractor by Engineer-in-Charge.
(a) Collection of data of existing drainage network with disposal at end point and marking the same in Drgs. (b) Identification of the existing low lying pocket and their approx. area. (c ) Spot levelling (digital survey of the area using total station equipment and marking of imp structures, utility services like Road, Electric & Water Supply lines etc) along the proposed route of Drainage system incl marking of the invert levels of existing drains . Network of Drains Approx. Length 10-10.5 KM as per site plan attached incl location of Hume Pipe Culverts ( Approx. 18 Nos) (d) Marking of the drainage route on the site plan and preparation of layout of network of proposed drains and its interconnection with the existing drains. (e ) Compilation of hydrological data of last 20 years &submission of design flow , peak flow & average flow and recommending the size of drain complete all as directed & specified. (f) Prep of Arch Drgs, Structural Drgs ( as applicable) of drains and allied infrastructure like culverts , recharge pits (if feasible) (g) Submission of the final scheme with Drgs incl BOQ and detailed estimates over SSR 2020 and rate analysis in hard and soft copies (5 Copies) for the disposal of storm water complying all the requirements all as above. (h)The DPR shall be vetted by NIT of any other IIT Note : Contour Plan of the total Mil Station and Board Proceeding of the work will be provided by AGE B/R Dhrangdhra.
Phase-II : Provision of Centralised Storm Water Drainage System at Military Station Dhrangadhra.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and as directed.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m & getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material soil to out Side MD Land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material rocks to out Side MD Land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded agg as in Foundations filling and mass concrete and as sub base under PCC Road and path etc complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) (40 mm graded aggregate)in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L PCC coping type B-1 (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed
M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type Bo using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brickwork surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to random rubble walling Brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Add (or deduct from) above item no 2.18 for each each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying if inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 600 mm bore , ISI marked laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 200 mm bore , ISI marked laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for hard core of gauge exc 63 mm but n.exc 100 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
