M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling / unsound / loose concrete surfaces of Columns etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive Micro Concreting, preparing surfaces including providing double scaffolding, suitable Jacketing / support for existing steel structure and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Non-Shrink, Cementitious Micro Concrete using Renderoc RG' manufactured by M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. [Sika Rep Microcrete 4] / M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/s. STP Ltd. / M/s. Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. / M/s. Thermax Ltd. / M/s. Hindcon Chemical Ltd. / M/s. Asian Paints Limited modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions where required, as in columns and similar structural members of 30 to 80mm thick including use and waste of water tight steel formwork to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including providing Jacketing around columns, double scaffolding and safety measures as required and as specified. [Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centreline of core thickness]

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Zinc Plated Carbon Steel High-Performance Anchor Rod [8.8 Carbon Steel] of Hilti make i.e. HIT-V-8.8 ANCHOR ROD, of 20mm dia, 300mm long suitable for Injectable Hybrid / Epoxy Anchors, inserted in to Column and fixed with injectable chemical anchor of Hilti make i.e. HIT-RE 500 V4 EPOXY ANCHOR including drilling suitable holes with low speed Drilling Machines without disturbing the existing structure as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Plate of 12mm thick, of size 300 X 300mm confirming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A, square cut or notched [ordinary or counter sunk] forming holes as required for fixing to 4 Nos of Anchor Rods of 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs ISMC 150 of 150 to 200mm long [As Required], fixed on MS Base Plate using 50 dia MS Pintle Hinges, Welded around to ISMC and ISA 100X100X10 mm Cleat, fixed on existing Steel Door with 10 mm MS Plate welded on both side of Angle Iron complete all as per site requirement, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Jacketing, support system and double scaffolding and safety measures as required to MS Door of Magazine Building of weight 3 Tons approximately for carrying out repairs in position such as replacing the Hold Fast & Pintel Hinges to MS Door Shutter etc. complete all as per site requirement, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / Taking down MS Sheet of any thickness by cutting with Gas Cutter from edge of MS Gate and making good by grinding the cutting edges to smooth surfaces to the required profile complete all as per site requirement, all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Heavy Duty Bottom Guide Roller of 100 mm Dia, readymade Wheel including fixing with Axel for smooth functioning / movement and applying suitable Lubricants / Grease complete all as per site requirement, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Running Welding in repairs in any situation and in any position such as Hinges and similar articles etc. for Steel Doors, Gates, Windows, Ventilators and Grills etc. including preparation of surfaces to be welded and thickness of metal welded not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 250 mm wide 5 to 7 mm thick Rubber Gasket Sheet suitable for fixing with MS Sheet with suitable Epoxy Glue as per Manufacture's instructions for maintaining the inside Temperature of the installation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in Doors or Gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper over One Coat of Alkali Resistant Primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Site clearance by clearing away all Shrubs, Vegetation, Grass, Bushes, Weed, Trees and Saplings not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of one meter above ground level, Grubbing up tree trunk by digging out roots up to 60 cm below ground level including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, removal of stumps, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, filled up with earth, well rammed and levelled, removing boulders if any which interfere with the work, after breaking down if necessary including stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m / outside the periphery of the area under clearance and burnt or otherwise disposed of as directed in low laying areas outside the MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.,

M & L for Grubbing up Tree Trunk of Girth exceeding 30 cm and not exceeding 100 cm by suitable means [Manually or Mechanically] including Cutting of Trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and clearing of site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Grubbing up Tree Trunk of Girth exceeding 100 cm and not exceeding 150 cm by suitable means [Manually or Mechanically] including Cutting of Trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and clearing of site complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:3;6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub bases for floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Floors / Hard standing etc, surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash Blocks [Modular Bricks], straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Flush Pointing in Cement Mortar 1:4 to random rubble uncoursed or brought up to coursed masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type C1 [Nominal Mix] 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

M & L for Forming Expansion Joint, 20mm thick, filled with Preformed Bituminous Filler and top 30mm Primed and sealed with Sealing Compound Grade "A" for 50mm thick flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Contraction [Dummy] joints 25mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade-B complete all as specified and as directed.
