Construction of temporary bund across nallah with earth filled cement bags stacked in two rows of size 0.90 m in width and 1.50m high placed at 1.20 m apart including filling the gap between the rows with earth from to minimize the seepage of water including cost of empty cement bags, rope, earth, labour, transportation etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level.

Supply and fixing of Fibre Glass Reinforced (FRP) needles alongwith FRP Coated M.S. Frame needles shall be made out of standard quality FRP composite materials. Smooth surface shall be provided from both the sides of the needles, toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. box type groove protect the edge of the needle. rubber seal of size 15mm x 4mm thk shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight performance. handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needle in to the frame. FRP needles shall be tailor made sections as per size required at site for closing the bandhara, the rates as follows. b) For thickness of needles 65 mm + 3mm (Hollow Type) for the water depth 0 mtr to 2 mtrs from top and width not more than 2.0 mtrs in clear span. The charges are inclusive of fixing of the FRP needles at site including material and labours necessary

Providing and laying stone rip rap for Tulus with basaltic / granitic stones 60 % of which shall comprises stones not less than 0.0425 Cum (1.5 cft) in size each and remaining 40% and comprising well graded rubble not below the size of 0.0142 cum (1/2 cft) including the cost of conveyance of all materials, spreading, hand packing, wedging, etc for all leads and lifts etc. as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bardrawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.
