Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3mm copper plate earth electrode at a depth 3000 mm in an earth pit of 450 x 450 x 350mm filled with salt and charcoal mixed with sand in alternate layers of 150mm each up to a height of 3000mm from bottom. Excavation of hard Rock, Removal of Soil,Back filling and restoring to normal state. the following size cable trench in soft soil including excavation, river sand cushioning (150mm thick both at top and bottom of the cable), back filling, ramming and compacting the soil,etc., as required. (600mm depth,300mm width for street light)

Supply, laying of 100mm dia HDPE Pipe flexible layed /clamped in the existing wall/ground with suitable supports for street light cable

Supplying, fixing, HT/ LT cable route markers with 10 cm x 10 cm x 5mm. thick CI plate with inscription thereon, bolted / welded to 35mm x 35 mm x 6 mm. angle iron , 60 cm. long and fixing the same in ground as required. The cable route marker shall be fixed at both the ends of cable at joints and at 100 Mts. spacing for straight runs.

WIRING - CIRCUIT CUM POINT WIRING The rates for all point wiring items shall also include supplying and fixing of the Conduits, conduit specials, bushes and other fittings,Approved GI saddles and grouting the same for exposed conduit work,2 mm thick Outlet boxes and junction box,All fixing accessories such as clips, brass screws etc,All work & materials necessary for wiring a point circuit of any length from the Final Distribution Board to connector via switch and shall include the circuit wiring also except where identified.

EARTHING

EARTHING : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of earth plate of size 1200x1200x12mm CI Plate earth electrode at a depth 3000 mm in an earth pit filled with salt and charcoal mixed with sand in alternate layers of 150mm each up to a height of 3000mm from bottom. including supply and fixing of 38mm dia perforated GI pipe funneling for watering purpose including construction masonry. Design, Manufacture,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Exhaust Stack suitable for 1 x 1010 KVA DG set with exhaust gas flow with wind pressure suitable for LOCAL condition and exhaust gas velocity, necessary stiffner rings & flanges, sampling ports, foundation bolts, lightning arrestor, earth strip of 25 x 6mm GI for Earthing stack and LA, insulators, foundation bolts etc. Detail design for civil foundation should be furnished by the supplier well in advance to make the foundation ready by other agency. Design data should be furnished for wind pressure, base diameter and thickness of plate at cone and shaft areas. The rate shall include Lightning Protection, aviation warning lamp( LED type) with photo cell including cabling, termination, control MCB etc. The rate shall include necessary steel structure including necessary supports, Scaffolding charges, necessary bellows etc.,. Exhaust Pipe including necessary painting. The Exhaust stack height will be 10 Mtrs.
