Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floors) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc like including necessary forms/ moulds complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar, all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 6 but except bricks as in drain /culvert walls etc, all as specified and directed. (Note: Serviceable Bricks received from item No- 6 shall be used.)

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks ,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type B0 1:3:6 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in area drainage and other works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ as in copings, kerbs, coving, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc including use of necessary form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain bed hunching and the like (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting to bituminous road for laying for RCC Hume pipe and making good with 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over PCC subbase 150mm thick 1:4:8 type D1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over rammed earth including RFR as required & removal of excess soil up to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of 300-450mm dia drain pipes/ Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete Hume pipe) set in cement mortar, all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP2, 450 mm bore laid in trenches jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed (excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP2, 300 mm bore laid in trenches jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed (excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for MS Framed work such as grills ,gratings etc, with end of bar shouldered and/ or forged into spikes ,frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 1645 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of VX-polymer based anti-corrosive paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast RCC Cover slabs in CM 1:4 type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drains including necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spire for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/clearing of 300-450mm dia Hume pipe culvert under road any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain manually/mechanically after cleaning including clearing of Hume pipe /culvert, sludge shall be removed off complete, all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/clearing of 451-600mm dia Hume pipe culvert under road any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain manually/mechanically and removing sludge out of premises as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/clearing including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from 300-450mm wide drain manually/ mechanically of covered drains of any description any depth, including removing and re-fixing of RCC cover slab in its position and removing sludge out of premises as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of paver blocks, Stone slabs and paver tiles laid dry of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, all as specified and directed. Note : Colour and pattern and size to be approved by GE.

M&L 50 mm thick cushion of coarse aggregate of size 6.3 mm and below, spread, rammed and levelled to receive paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.
