Dismantling G.C.I. Or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse adn removing the debris within 50M lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing RCC columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50M lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50M lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought and framed timber in roof frame work of floors after careful removal of nail, bolts etc. and stacking the materials for re-use and removing the debris within 50M lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3M height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50M lead per 1 Cum

Proving fitting fixing of Semi grid minerals fiber ceiling board having size 600x600x16mm of approved design and quality complete with all fittings and fixtures as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
