Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removal of debris/rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floorts etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 02 above but as in skirting incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer tiles 450 x 300x 7 mm thick as in Vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed or coloured cement to match etc. including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in any description from concrete/stone/brick surfaces scrubing down with water etc and its removal from site etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces of internal wall in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over a coat of alkali resistant primer as priming coat complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or wire brushing removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tintedcomplete all as specified.
