SUPPLY OF ROTARY JUICE SCREEN

Supply, erection & commissioning of complete Rotary Screen suitable for 4000 TCD milling plant (with 115% Juice having 50% Solid mix Juice Screening) design as per following specification. Construction:- Rotary juice screen having screening area 4200mm length and 2000 mm. diameter fabricated in stainless steel grade-304 construction and located on either feed end & discharges end shell for mounting the entire drum on trunnions The screening are comprising of cylindrical wire Looped wedge bar screen to trun into a rigid cylindrical shape rotary screen drum which forms an integral part of the rotating drum. Towards the driving end of the drum the driving sprocket is rigidly fixed on output shaft of desired reduction gear box with suitable motor and connected to the driven sprocket mounted on rorating drum to transmit the power through heavy duty 2 ½” Pitch chain arrangement. The entire assembly of the drum also with its trunnion is rigidly mounted on rugged M.S fabricated frame. The Turnmons rollers on which screen rotates in binded with the metalon ring- 07 nos. High Pressure Screen washing pump for application with automation timer controlled panel provided to automatically start the screen washing pump periodically. The screen washing pump washed the screen through clear filter juice of rotary screen. Material of Construction SS- 304 Bagacillo content in screened Juice not more than 2/3 Grams per liter juice. Note- All the drawing are to be provided by supplier for structure, layout, assembly drawing of rotary screen with specification and required connected palteform.

Antifriction bearing, shaft Brackets etc.14-Pump Specification Washing Arrangement.(i) Washing pump Cap. 70 m³/hr. head- 60 mtr. make- Kirlosker/sintech with starter & switch. (ii) Motor 25 HP./1440 RPM. Make- Seimens/ABB (iii) Stainless Steel Pipe line 02 nos. is fitted with nozzle and juice distribution system for washing the screen through the filter juice by washing pump every 45 minute interval time for one minute operational. (iv) Stainless Steel Pipe line 01 no. is fitted with nozzle for washing the screen through the mill macerations water by manual valve every 08 hrs. interval time for 2mint operational.
