Dismantling structural steel work including doors, railing, gates, trusses etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (-12 to -15m level) and capstan (-1 to -2m level) working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel plain or chequered plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of new / old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and followed by application of paint scheme complete all as specified and directed. (i) One coat of primer (Dft. 1 x 50) epoxy zinc rich primer 50±5 microns (ii) 02 coats of Anti corrosive (Dft 2 x 150) (iii) 02 coats of coal tar epoxy paint

Demolition of RCC any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition including removal of debris outside Naval Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M 30 grade with approved Ready Mix Concrete / Design mix (RMC) with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs, bases of ladders and in similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric to RCC wall/ceiling exc 2 Kg / Sqm not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of rusted surafaces of steel reinforcement with metal wire brush for cleaning the surfaces free from loose rust and applying of rust remover cum passivator with brush to the rusted reinforcement, and removing rust as flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush / sand paper and thoroughly washed the surfaces with the help of water pressure jet and allowing the cleaned surfaces completely to dry completeiy, applyingtwo coats of zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturer's method of application to reinforcement bar corrosion protection system to old reinforcement of make Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall only be measured for payment).

Material & labour for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 12 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Lokfix chemical manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose & fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete.

M&F for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size for Injection grouting for structural cracks with low viscous epoxy resin grouting chemical like Conbextra EP10 manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and grouting by injecting the chemical by using an electrically operated pressure grouting machines until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out from a nearby nipples and after grouting, all the nipples shall be cut and the surface shall be finished to match the nearly surface complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. (Note :- 1. Work shall be executed as per manufacturer's instruction.2. The chemicals are available in two components - base and the hardener. The components of a pack shall be mixed at a time by mechanical means using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fixed with mixing paddles. Part mixing of a pack is not accepted. 3. Cost of grouting chemical is is included in quoted rate. 4. Injecting grouting Chemical shall be low viscosity epoxy based like Conbextra EP10 manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Material & labour cement based Micro-concrete of compresive strength 40 Mpa at 28 days, manufactured by construction chemicals manufacturer like Fosroc brand name RG 40 or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch including necessary form work with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work for palcing & holding of micro concrete as required at site complete all as specified and directed (Note :- 1. Cement based Micro-concrete shall be of pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality.to achive high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated. 2, Micro concrete shall be used when thickness of reapir work is within 50 mm to 200 mm. 3 . Form work shall be provided for palcing micro concrete patch reapir as required at site with steel jack sysytem and steel props to support the form work. 4 cost of Form work is included in the quoted rates)

M&L for chipping & removal of existing damaged, cracked, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete (20mm to 50mm) is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the RCC Members with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond AR standard of Fosroc make or make approved by GE for the surfaces of the concrete to be rehabilated by Rendroc RG (above 50mm thick), Rendroc DS40 (upto 40mm thick), Rendroc SP 40 (upto 30mm thick), Rendroc S2 (upto 20mm thick ) or make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of single component shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make or make approved by GE) 30mm thick in a single layer having a compressive strength of M45 grade to columns, Beams / Slab soffits & where ever it required in isolated areas of repair works to RCC members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified plastering in CM 1:6, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete surafces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using Nitobond SBR at the rate of 4% of weight of cement complete Note : SBR shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) latex emulsion complete all as specified and directed. Make of SBR emulsion / latex : Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings or approved by GE

M&L for Dry spray repair mortar - Fosroc make or make approved by GE, Renderoc DS40 @ 40mm thick to the Slab soffits, columns, chajjas, lintels, staircase slabs, Beams, parapets etc. Application procedure : Stock the sufficient quantity of RENDROC DS40 and washed/dried 6mm downgraded course aggragate at site, the premixed factory made polymer modified dry spray concrete and 12.5 kg of 6mm downgraded aggregate shall be placed into the funnel arrangement of the dry spray concrete pumping machine. Water shall be filled in the water tank and connected to the dry spray concrete pumping machine. The prepared and SBR ploymer modifies bonding coat applied surface shall be in a tacky state. The dry spray concrete shall be pumped through the hose connected to the compressor and pumping machine. At the tip of the concrete pumping nozzle, water shall be added at the time of concrete spray. The concrete shall be sprayed continously to achieve the required thickness and continued up to the prepared surface. Immediately after the spray is completed. water shall be sprinkled over the surface and finish the concrete surface with steel float / leveling frame until smooth finish is achieved. The process shall be continued for the entire prepared surface. The qouted rate includes cost of all materials, cost of hire charges of machineries, tools and all labour charges etc. complete.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and walls of galleires and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and walls of galleires and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion over a priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: The above items are to be executed in the galleries of the jetties (restricted work environment). The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety gear, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the all items.
