Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of reputed make vertical turbine pump with bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft/ column assembly with strainer and all accessories, confirming to IS 1710. The pump shall be coupled with motor. The duty conditions of pump sets are Discharge 104 lps, Speed upto 1470 RPM, Total Head 113.21 m, Suction Head 14m, Length of Pumping Main 3150 m and Size of Pumping main 400mm CI pipe. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of reputed make screen protected drip proof squirrel cage induction motor, vertical hollow shaft, suitable for operation on 440V, 50 Hz AC- Voltage suitable for the above pump set with necessary supplying. Non reversible ratchet arrangements etc, complete. The motor should confirm to IS: 325. :Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy cast iron, double flanged sluice valve as per IS 780 suitable for the above pump set. supplying and laying the following size XLPE insulated sheathed armored aluminium conductor cable (1100 volts grade) to be laid in the built trench. 3 core suitable sq mm XLPE cable from 11KV/433V , panel as sub station room to starter then to motor and to capacitor). End Termination Supply of all materials and providing end termination of the following size XLPE insulated/sheathed armored aluminium conductor cable (1100 v grade) using heat shrinkable indoor kit for giving power connection to motor control panels,motor etc complete as per standards. 3 core suitable sq XLPE indoor kit. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy duty cast iron, double flanged reflux valve as per IS 5312. suitable for the above pump set. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of reputed make 250 mm dia,suitable type pressure gauge with stop cock, supply, erection, commissioning of electronic flow meter and accessories Suitable for the common pumping line ( 400mm ) . supply of all materials and providing of plate earthing using 600mm x600mmx3.15 mm size copper earth plate buried in ground at a depth of 3.00 M from ground level with alternate layers of charcoal and salt including supplying and fixing 38mm dia perforated GI pipe, funnel for watering purpose,copper strips including construction of masonry through with MS cover as per IS 3043. including Supply,laying , end termination of suitable size of copper strip for earthing of motors and inter connection of earth pits etc . supply, erection and commissioning of APF capacitior panel having suitable capacity for power factor compensation for motors (power factor to be mentioned as 0.99). The capcitor should confirm to IS 2834-1986. Supply, fabricating and erecting header delivery pipe of required size necessary bends made out of 12mm thick M.S sheet in suitable length with required flanged joint and seating on supports as per site condition and connecting to the existing pumping main approximately 20 m away from the intake well steining out side the pump house for a length of 3.00m. Pump set should have a guarantee period of 2 years.

Supply, erection and commissioning of complete intergrated FCMA soft starter pannel capable of operating the motor having a protection level of IP 40 or more with intergrated by pass contractor in the pannel and motor protection relay having parameters as per IE rules with a power control MCCB and line power contractor and starting current shall we 2.5 to 3.5 times the normal full load current and working on 440V + or - 15% 3 phase 50Hz AC supply motor with Ammetere,voltmeter,phase indicators,space heaters.single phase preventer floor mounting type made out of dust and vermin proof 14 SWG sheet steel with powder cotted pannel having a insulation level of 1100V or 440V supply and 7.6V for 3.3KV standard is to be IEC 60947-4-2.
