TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK AT DAD RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, PAMPA VIHAR I AND II AND JACOB (TYPE II CIVILIAN QTRS) AT SMA RAMESWARAM UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

To perform Term Contract services and execute such work upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) together with amendment No 1(a), (b), 2 & 3 and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II (Rates) with amendments 1 to 122 and newly added section 30 and upon the conditions contained in the tender documents, as may be demanded, and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule, AND/OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249), AND/OR at Supplimentary Rates given in tender documents during the period of one year from date of acceptance. Notes :- (a) The tenderer shall insert his percentage in the 15th row under Column 'F' of this BoQ. (b) The tenderer shall refer to Option "Excess (+) or Less (-) " available at 15th row under Column '4' and '5' of this BoQ to quote for adding thereto/deducting there from the rates contained in aforesaid MES Schedule. (c ) Being this tender is for a Term contract and quantities of items are as and when required, Estimated Rate, quantity and amounts to be inserted by the Department has not been shown. The bidder is to quote his percentage considering all aspects of the Term Contract. The acceptance of tender will be done on the percentage quoted. (d) Amount of Rupees 10,00,000.00 inserted against item is estimated cost of tender .The same has been entered only for preparation of comparative statement.It is not tender amount and will not be considered for acceptance of tender.The tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage mentioned by bidders in column '4' and '5' 15th row of this BOQ.
