Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with

Finishing wall with Apex weather proof exterior emulsion of Asian paint/ Nerolak Suraksha paint/ Berger paint/Dulux paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (Two or more coats) to give an even shade

Steel work rivetted in built up sections including cutting,hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . In beams joists,channels angles,tees,flats with connectiong plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common raffers and the like . The rate is rate including of octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 Ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
