Manual unloading of Indigenous coal from Railway wagons and Loading into Tipper Lorries, Transporting and unloading, heaping, ramping

Charges for Manual unloading of Indigenous coal received from SCCL through Railway wagons which involves monitoring the arrival of wagons at AIPS NCTPS-I Railways siding, placing the railway wagon for manual unloading after obtaining the E/RR Railway receipts from the loading end and verifying with actual wagon received, opening both side doors for unloading of coal from the wagons, clear the unloaded coal continuously by pay loaders on both the sides of entire rake for further unloading, clearing the coal boulders from the wagon wheels and track for the free movement of the rake and closing the doors after unloading, coordinate with Railway staff for dispatch clearance of empty rake including maintaining the documentation of rake wise, day wise of rake unloaded, Timing of each and every stage of unloading, rake placement till completion of entire rake exit time from AIPS railway siding and Loading the SCCL coal from Manual Unloading area into Tipper Lorries , Transporting, unloading, heaping and ramping using Pay-Loaders, Bull Dozers at reclaimable area of ECHS coal stack yard – I & IV/As per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge for the usage of NCTPP – III including hire charges for pay loaders (Front end loaders/Dozers) and water wetting of the dusty roads from Railway yard to ECHS coal yard roads to avoid dust pollution during the coal transportation including T & P’s & cost of consumables etc. (Necessary water required for road wetting may be taken from the hot water out let channel inside NCTPS premises)

Charges for Loading of Indian/Imported coal from the NCTPS-I/ECHS yards on to the ECHS conveyors 55/57 for feeding to NCTPP-III unit bunkers in the event of breakdown if any in the ECHS Reclaimer 1A/1B including T & P’s & cost of consumables etc.
