Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows with M.S. window grills of any approved drawing & design including cost, conveyance and taxes etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work finished smooth including racking out the joints , watering & curring , cost ,conveyance and taxes etc complete .

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work finished smooth after racking out the joints including watering & curring etc complete .

Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors & treads of steps on 25mm thick bed of of cm (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing & polishing complete.

Fixing Vitrified wall tiles in dado skirting & riser of steps on 12mm thick cp of of cm (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing & polishing complete.

Distempering two coats with any approved shade to inside wall surface and ceiling including cost of distemper etc complete .

Finishing wall with Weather coats of approved shade on new work two coats to give even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.

Painting two coats to Doors & Windows with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with any approved shade including cost of paint etc complete .

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154,151-155, as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as verticalmember, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated board in bottom portion fixedon door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 includingall cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of grade M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size,desing & shape ,laid in requiredcolour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coursesand ,filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.
