SPL REPAIR TO CENTRAL AC PLANT AGAINST BER AT CERTAIN UNIT UNDER GE BANAR

Installing, testing and commissioning of WATER COOLED CHILLER complete 30 TR OR above nearest actual capacity with twin screw /Scroll compressor with twin circuit, motor(s) starter(s), WATER cooled condenser, insulated chiller, flow switch at chiller, vibration insolators, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, accessories as required and called for automatic and safety controls mounted in central console on a steel frame complete as per specifications. Motor shall be suitable for 415+(-) 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply. Refrigerant used shall be R- 407C / R-134a.Chiller should be provided with micro- procesor based control panel for safe and efficient operatoin of chillers. Same should be capable for communicating over Bacnet/ Modbus protocol. Chiller compressor should have displacement power factor of 95% at all load conditions. Deration due to higher ambient shall also be considered in actual capacity calculation. Chiller should not trip at air inlet temperature of 52.0 Deg. C to condenser. complete all as specified and directed b y Engr-in-charges.
