Material and labour for replacing loop insulator Large size, with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm for stay assy 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix in repair pin type polymer insulator white,brown,grey insulator 150 mm height and 120 mm dia for working pressure 33000 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix in repair disc type polymer insulator white,brown,grey insulator 150 mm height and 120 mm dia for working pressure 33000 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping padestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth ( for pole) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 ( for pole) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level ( for pole and stay) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for rectifying fault on HT line from Khatsi area to Biamah area on call with suficient electrician, Helpers and tools complete including transportation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Necessary shut down will be taken from department before repairing any HT line The electrical team shall attend the complaint within 30 min . A deduction Rs 500/- per every 30 min shall be paid by the contractor in case of delay.
Supply and fix in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT,25x20 cm in size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 137081.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
