Cutting in earth work by mechanical mean in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD norms.
Excavation work of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils within all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.
Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts .
Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts .
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts .
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.
Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights.
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights.
Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as give a rough finish including centring, shuttering and proping etc height og propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforeced concrete and plain concrete work in Where inclination and horizontal exceeds 30 degree (where shuttering may be provided both on under site upper site if required only the area of under site shall be measured or payment) as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights.
Extra for additional height in centering shuttering whereever required with adequate bracing, propping etc including cost of de-shuttering and de-centering at all level over a height of 3.5 meter for every additional height of 1 meter or part thereof (Plan area to be measured) in suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights..
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Hot rolled deformed bars as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and heights .
