Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam ,clay or sand ) Including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30M. and including filling watering and ramming of exavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plith and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer -in charge upto distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (Where machine con not reach/move).

Collection & Consolidation of stone ballast of size 22.4 mm to 53 mm including laying in cuts, pot holes & dry rolling by road roller including aii taxes cost of stacking etc. complete for proper completion of work

Cleaning the existing painted surface & laying premix in patch repair with 40-20 mm size graded hard stone grit mixed with bitumen 80/100 @ 50 Kg/Cum over a tack coat of bitumen 80/100 @ 1.00 Kg/ Sqm I/C heating the grit and maxphalt to the required temperature & mixing either in mixer of in hand drum & rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne required with all labour, material T&P etc. complete .

Applying a tack coat of rubberised hot bitumen of 80/100 pernetration @1.00 kg/sqm on road surface including mixing of 10 % rubber by weight of bitumen sieved through 6mm sieve cleaning the road surface,fuel for heating the bitumen,all labour,T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per diredtion of engineer incharge

Sealing of craks on bituminious surface by spreading 6mm size heated stone grit @0.10 cum/10sqm over rubberised tack coat having temperature 1600 C TO 1700 C including supply of grit, maintenance of partries and watering during the operation,road roller, fuel for heating grit, all labour,T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per diredtion of engineer incharge

P/L Redy mix concerete with 4.50% bitumen content in packing of 25 Kg ready mix to use for filling pot holes .

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a leads having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately ),All works upto plinth level.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of area cleared.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
