Supply and fixing punched type concertina coil SRPBT fence comprising of SRPBT helix concertaina of 600mm dia having 51 spiral per coil and min weight not less than 1.3 kg/Rm including anticorrosive paint coated [Px2 compound Anti rust] fixed in position and secured to both sides of angle iron post stretched to a length so as to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips fixed at any height on compound wall including dismantling old concertina coil wire including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cast in lintels upto 1.5m span, copings, bed blocks for hold fasts, bed plates, roof kerbs and similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantling existing structural steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc incluing one shop coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling existing structural steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S & F 4mm dia PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm including line wires fixed with any standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of neeesary binding wire including dismantling old chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 25mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls / ceiling or laying in floors or trenches including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 25mm dia from any position and refixing the same in new or old location onb walls / ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified

Supplying and fixing of 20mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls / ceiling or laying in floors or trenches including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 20mm dia from any position and refixing the same in new or old location onb walls / ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified

M & L for 50mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring / hard standing finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring / hard standing laid to slope iincluding demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement conctete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion CHLOROPYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at the rate of 0.5 litre per each hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 Degree at 150mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment under existing floors using emulsion CHLOROPHYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at the rate of one litre per each hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning of covered storm water drains of any size by pumping out the water completely, removing the silt / grit / mud and other materials by suitable means and disposal to out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages and refixing the covers in same position complete all as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated / 'Z' profile steel sheet of 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old AC corrugated sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet of 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete including dismantling existing asbestos sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
