Material & labour for Writing MES number (having 16-20 nos letters or figures as one job) (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with white acrylic paint on E/M equipments i.e. Transformers, VCB, RMU, Voltage Stablizer etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing & testing of Spring charging mechanism assembly with motor, gear box self tripping coil, closing coil, tripping coil etc complete for indoor type 11KV RMU of Make ABB operated on 24volt DC with charging time less than 15 sec of approved rating, the installation and testing of assembly will be done by the representative of OEM including taking down & dismantling the old unserviceable equipment complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting HT and earth termination connections from 11KV RMU outdoor type controlled by indoor control panel taking down from the plinth and loading into the vehicle, transporting the same to manufacturer's service engineer/ authorised channel partner for the following checks including dismantling/ replacing the defective parts (cable inlet insulator) for smooth functioning and including testing of RMU for carrying out necessary repairs and back, reconnecting HT connections at site and charging on load, commissioning and testing at site all as directed by the Engineer in Charge :- (i) Cleaning, derusting, lubrication, greasing of mechanism (ii) Replacing of defective components cable inlet insulator (iii) Checking and rectifying the problem the critical setting of mechanism (iv) Checking the critical setting of closing coil & tripping coil (v) Checking of gas leakage (vi) Tightening of control wires connection. (vii) Insulation measurment of main circuit (viii) Contact resistance of main circuit (ix) Check oil leak absorber (x) Topping up of SF6 Gas. Note :- The above work of repair & replacement under this item shall be carried out by the concerned manufacturer OEM at thier workshop/site.

Material & labour for finding out the leakage of SF6 gas from RMU and top up the SF6 gas after rectifying & removal of defects of leakage complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for GI pipe medium grade 80mm dia and 04 meter in length for street light pole including excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, returning and filling in, PCC (1:4:8) in foundation , PCC (1:3:6) in coping , with & including dismantling the old PCC pole by breaking the old PCC foundation and removal of all the debries outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Sand cusioning to cable with screened & washed sand & punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- only punned thickness to be measured and paid.

Laying only old retreived stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 cm wide laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, LTcable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminim conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4core including dismantling & taking down the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of PVC insulated copper cable of 2.5 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of automatic street light timer using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light .The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof ,termite proof and FF grade SMC junction box (sintex make) confirming to IP 54 suitable for three phase phase of 08 KW model -Swadeep -02EC08kW3P of make -Nature switch or equivalent in legrand/siemens.

Note :- (i) The calibration of relay of Microprocessor based three phase relay system required to carried out at CPH. Make C&S model no. CSENex-I 150 in equivalent Schenider, Siemens. (ii) The calibration of relay of Microprocessor based three phase relay system to be carried out by OEM representative.

Trimming/cutting the tree branches/ bushes around the HT over head line and making safe clearance up to 4.00 metre distance from line wire/panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending day to day street / security light (of any type and make, installed at various locations of domestic area & 33SU site 1A & 1B at AF station jodhpur) complaints received through telephone or in person, identification and rectification of defects by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position including replacement of drivers, Surge Protection Device (SPD), GI Socket, replacement of old unserviceable light fittings, cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, tightening of loose connections, GI bracket tightening, checking the connection of FRP junction box, light alignment, MCB, MCCB, Contactor etc replacement of straight through joint and properly insulating the connections complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable items shall be measured and paid for seperately as 'Supply only' under respective items of schedule 'A'/BoQ . (ii) contractor shall provide/depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and rectified the same within 04 hours of receipt of complaints. (iii) contractor manpower shall attend daily to recieve complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes. (iv) Vehicle, ladder, tools, LT tapes and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement. (v) Any complaint/job given on a particular day shall be repaired/rectified within four hours on the same day. The rate of recovery against non attending/completing job on same day shall be Rs. 75/- per complaint per day. (vi) Old retrieved material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and shall be given to contractor after completion of contract.

Taking down carefully ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep with frame cable sealing end and dismantling of baldes brackets etc complete Opening/dismantling of exhaust fan 450mm sweep by any means and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means, & Material and Labour for rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling the same with recommended quality grease/oil, reassembling and testing including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 1.5 Sqmm of required length complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 65 herein above but exhaust fan 380mm sweep all as specified & directed. Note for Item No-64 to 65 :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item schedule.

Material & labour for disconnecting, taking down the geyser of any capacity including striping, cutting the existing copper inner tank after welding, brazing and tightening the hold fast ,nuts, bolts, washer etc & make it functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge and refixing the same after repair on the same place and including making good to disturbed existing surface with plastering complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Any major spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only here in after.

Material & labour for 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutter of any size for replacement of unserviceable/defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut, bolts etc, removing of bend, alignment etc to make the system smooth functional & making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only".
