IMPORTANT NOTE : Bidder shall Quote their rates based on the Bill of Quantities read together with Technical Specifications, Particular Specifications, and Special conditions in Technical Specifications .

Main Building : PASSENGER LIFTS WITH DESTINATION CONTROL SYSTEM ( WITH MACHINE ROOM) - Option I

Design , manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1360Kgs capacity lift with Machine room type Lifts design conforming to latest lift act and modern lift with microprocesor including AC-Gearless VVVF controller in the existing lift well / shaft having minimum speed of min1.60 m/sec with a total travel of 41.30m (approx) (Basement , Ground plus Eight upper floors, servicing 10 stops and 10Landings for Mainbuilding of Aerohub ) on same side door opening with / without attendent operation and with all necessary safety features and in accordance with Lift Service particulars of General / Technical Specification, Special Conditions etc. 'The lift shall be of excellent quality and shall have Micro stroke push buttons, intelligent group of simplex controls, floor announcement system, Gearless machine and other features as per detailed specifications attached. The lift car shall have car operating control panels in automatic mode (with or without attendant) and from one panel in attendant mode.

The lift equipment will be installed in the machine room directly above the lift well as shown indrawings. All the lift equipments, i/c car, car doors self-levelling devices, control devices, indicators, landing doors, indicators, buffer ropes safety devices i/c all wiring connection, interconnection and all connected equipments shall be as per specifications. The work also includes all structural items in machine room and above the lift well like RCC block, & MS girders required for lift insallations & providing miscellaneous items like supports for guide rails, overhead gears, scaffoldings, sill projections, facia inside the lift well, minor building works like making sockets, holes etc. i/c making good the damages. The rate shall include approval and obtaining completion certificate from the electrical / lift inspectorate of Local Competent Electrical Authority for installation and commissioning of lifts before handing over the entire installation of the lift.

TOTAL AMOUNT- Passenger Lifts with DCS (All 6 Lifts shall be a Car Group )

Option II

Specification same as above but for Design , manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1360Kgs capacity lifts with Machine Room Less Elevators.

Main Building : GOODS LIFTS ( WITH MACHINE ROOM) - Option I

Design, manufacture, supply installation at site, testing, commissioning of Goods lift 1500 kg load capacity Machine Room Type Lifts, synchronizing motor -Gearless VVVF controller in the existing lift well / shaft having minimum speed of 1 m/sec with a total travel of 41.30mtrs (Approx). Basement, Ground plus Eight upper floors, servicing 10 stops and 10 landings on same side with simplex group with/without attendant operations and with all necessary safety features and in accordance with Lift service particulars, General/ Technical specifications, Special conditions etc.

The lift shall be of excellent quality and shall have Micro stroke push buttons, intelligent group controls of four lifts/six lifts (as required), floor announcement system, Gearless and other features as per detailed specifications attached. The lift car shall have two parallel car operating control panels in automatic mode (with or without attendant) and from one panel in attendant mode.

The lift equipment will be installed in the machine room directly above the lift well as shown indrawings.All the lift equipments, including car, car doors self-levelling devices, control devices, indicators, landing doors, indicators, buffer ropes safety devices i/c all wiring connection, interconnection and all connected equipments shall be as per specifications and drawings.

The rate shall include approval and obtaining completion certificate from the electrical / lift inspectorate of Local Competent Electrical Authority for installation and commissioning of lifts before handing over the entire installation of the lift.

Option II

Main Building Goods Lifts: Specification same as above but for Design , manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1500 Kgs capacity lifts with Machine Room Less Elevators.

Substation & Chiller Plant Building ( Goods lift - Machine room less) Design, manufacture, supply installation at site, testing, commissioning Goods lift 1500 kg load capacity Machine Room less Lift, synchronizing motor -Gearless VVVF controller in the existing lift well / shaft having minimum speed of 1 m/sec with a total travel of 13.70mtrs (Approx) as shown in the drawing. Ground to terrace floor servicing 3 stops and 3 landings on same side with simplex group with/without attendant operations and with all necessary safety features and in accordance with Lift service particulars, General/ Technical specifications, Special conditions etc.

The lift shall be of excellent quality and shall have Micro stroke push buttons, intelligent group controls of four lifts/six lifts (as required), floor announcement system, Gearless and other features as per detailed specifications attached. The lift car shall have two parallel car operating control panels in automatic mode (with or without attendant) and from one panel in attendant mode.

The lift machine/equipment will be installed in the lift shaft as shown indrawings. All the lift equipments, including car, car doors self-levelling devices, control devices, indicators, landing doors, indicators, buffer ropes safety devices i/c all wiring connection, interconnection and all connected equipments shall be as per specifications and drawings.

The rate shall include approval and obtaining completion certificate from the electrical / lift inspectorate of Local Competent Electrical Authority for installation and commissioning of lifts before handing over the entire installation of the lift.
