Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead/ dispose to out of campus as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and Applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint / aluminum paint on MS member using 1st quality paint from approved manufacturer of approved colour and shade to give an even shade including scaffolding, removing of rust, cleaning the surface, preparing the surface to receive paint including filling cracks and creaves with Putty or other approved filler materials, applying two coats of paint to steel work. cost also includes thinner, filler, putty and other materials, necessary labours etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge at all heights, in all floors. Painting on false ceiling includes taking down the material, surface preparation, Primer, paint and fixing the material back after painting. Note:- Actual painted area will be measured and paid. (1) Synthitic enamel Paint of approved brand (2) Putty suitable to Mild steel members of approved brand Note:- Measurements for GI fencing, factor 0.5 will be applicable on painted surface area.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Painting external plastered surfaces with two or more coats of Texture 100% ACRYLIC EXTERIOR EMULSION PAINT of approved make and colour having protection against fungal growth, flaking, fading, alkali and UV degradation and to give an even shade with required finish including applying a coat of Acrylic exterior primer as per manufacturer's application procedure, cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler, scaffolding, curing, etc., at all heights. complete all as per specifications. a) On sand faced / rough / smooth plastered surfaces. NOTE: Required Paint cofficient has to be considered in the quoted rate. Hence separate cofficient will not be considered while measuring the area for painting and area will be measured flat.
