Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil , such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work , jumper blasting work, chiseling / wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil in all leads from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (Any thickness, partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like.within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm four millimetre dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (one hundred into one hundred millimetre) (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) pecent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 (twenty five ) kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1: 2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foudation and plinth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work ,including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint .In gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing expended metal to wood or steel members in partitions etc. Weight not exceeding 3 kg(three killogram).per square metre as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With readymixed paint other than whiteas per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete. (300x16mm) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
