IEC Board Size and Quantity - 6 ft X 3 ft - 4 Nos, Material Specification- GI/Metal sheet of minimum 1.0 mm thickness (rust-resistant) with MS hollow rectangular frame of 20 mm × 20 mm × 1.2 mm., Printing & Finishing - High-performance vinyl (100–120 microns) with eco-solvent/UV printing; waterproof, UV-resistant; gloss/matte lamination (anti-fade and anti-scratch). Surface Protection - Epoxy painting on frame and backside (1 coat primer + 2 top coats) with anti-corrosive coating. Smooth edges and rounded corners to avoid sharp finishes., Transportation - Safe transportation, loading, unloading and delivery of boards to designated locations within Shoranur Municipality. Installation - Installation using SS/GI anchor bolts, nuts and washers. Proper alignment and firm fixing. Minimum 1.2 m height from ground level for free-standing boards, Testing & Commissioning - Checking stability, visibility and proper installation at each site. Rectification of defects, if any, during inspection, Locations - Installation at various junctions, institutions and public places within Shoranur Municipality as specified in Appendix 2., Warranty - Minimum 1 year warranty against fading, rusting, peeling and structural defects, Completion Period - Entire work to be completed within 30 days from the date of issue of Supply/Work Order, Contractor’s Responsibility- Compliance with SPMU-approved design and specifications; coordination with Municipality officials; replacement of damaged/defective boards during warranty period.
