Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1 above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described for (such as in bed, haunching & packing of sewer lines, benching of manholes, copings etc.) complete all as directed and removal of debris outside the premises.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto course well bonded, bedded and solidly hearts built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 above, but, except stone.

Extra over squarred rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular coursed for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering/ cement plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick, stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone agg as in benching of manholes, coping, bed blocks, plinth course bands, stops etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations , fillings and mass concrete, bed of sewer pipe lines etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) manhole cover with frames (any colour) of overall covered area not less than 0.55 sqm with clear opening not less than 0.36 sqm, any shape (round, square, rectangular etc;) overall weight not less than 25kg each and load capacity not less than 20 tones provided with safe and anti-slippery surface, fire retardant, Anti Corrosive, suitable locking system, and enable clear opening with provision of easy lifting hooks etc; with all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil exeeding 50 meater and deposting where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting poin.

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, confirming to Fe-410, Gde-E-165, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for manhole rungs etc; including fixed to manhole walls complete all as specified and directed. Note: - PCC block shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in steps, seismic and other similar bands, copings, kneelars, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks of hold fasts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified

Dismantling cast iron work of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes (sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears, laid in trenches or in floor etc; complete all as specified.

Fixing only in repair 100mm bore any type of soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, laid in trenches or in floor etc; complete all as specified.

M&L 100mm bore cast iron pipes and fittings joints or connections are filled/ sealed properly by epoxy sealant of ISI mark or M-Seal (Make:- Dr Fixit) apply as per manufacturing instructions, complete all as specified.

Temporarily blocking of inlet/ outlet for manholes of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/ gunny bags during repairing of sewage line so that sewage water not enter in working area and stored sewage water/ effluent (liquid/ semi liquid) should be pumping out/ bailing out from the manholes or water inflow caused by spring or tidal or river seepage or broken water mains or drains and the like pumping out with diesel engine driven gen set/ pumping set/ mud pump into closed containers & delivering the same outside defence land complete or bypass/ divert through PVC hose pipes to main central sewage line for making workable condition of the site and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet/ outlet after repair/ change of sewage line and making the system functional all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe (150mm Internal dia of pipe), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming brench chennel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished etc; complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe (200/225 mm Internal dia of pipe),making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming brench chennel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished etc; complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from hardcore, concrete work or masonry work complete all as specified.

Dismantling barbed wire mesh/ chain link / fencing wire from any type of posts etc.

Excavation in post holes in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 0.50 Cubic metre each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface complete all as specified.

S&F for Mild steel work as in angle iron posts or struts for fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed, including cutting top to a shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including cutting and twisting necessary drilling, bolting and revieting or welding etc and similar works complete all as specified

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm c/c spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stappies or steel pin, complete all as specified. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

Supplied only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provn of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends or welding for throughout grip with tightened to fence etc; of Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

MS nuts and bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be provided with one washer and nut.

Preparing new steel surfaces and M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces and treating ends of posts etc., with coal tar or black paint area tarred exc .10 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
