Excavation, making repair pit & back filling: Excavation in all types of soil including hard murrum & rock for exposing existing pipeline upto 2.5 M depth ( From Ground level to top of pipe), bottom clearance including keeping top layer of soil seperately followed by backfilling of the trench after repair of leak / pilferage site. The contractor shall properly compact the backfilled earth & restore the RoW to original condition as per the direction of EIC/site engineer.

Extra excavation for depth beyond 2.5m depth in river/canal beds and other specific locations : Excavation in all types of ordinary and hard soils including hard murrum de-watering of excavated pits, necessary shoring, shuttering, including stacking of soil, backfilling. Annexure-11 of tender document shall be referred for calculation of volume of extra excavation (in m3) carried out for payment. Average extra excavation depth considered upto 3.5 meter.

Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. :Using Grade 'A' sealing compound. PER CM DEPTH PER CM WIDTH PER M LENGTH Note : Here Unit of measurement 'Meters' refers to 'Running Meters'

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete :On steel work

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of T' or 'L' iron or pipe

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations.]: 1:3:6 or richer mix

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.]

Flood ccating by R-95 powercrete liquid epoxy paint(consisting part A & part b mixed in ratio as per manufacture recommendation )including surface preparation as pertender specification & application of liquid epoxy paint. (powercreter-95 ) over finished surface .th cost includes all materials (liquidepoxy R-95) consumables, labour etc. the thickness of flood coating shall be 900-1000 micron.
