Development of Saraswati CC in ward No- 23

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing granite tiles in floors, treads and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc all complete as per direction of the E.I.C

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing porcelain glazed tiles/ granite tiles/chequered tiles in dados skirting on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of the E.I.C

Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of distemper.

Supplying all materials,labour, T&P and providing two coat of Weather Coats with any approved shades including cost of conveyance, taxes of, brushes, sundries ,contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

32mm thick piasal wood or local teak wood panelled shutters moulded panels with all labour, iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats etc fitted and fixed complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the E.I.C
